Yes. We offer FREE, NO OBLIGATION Estimates to all customers.

Can you give me an estimate over the phone or email if I supply images?
No. We need to inspect the rug in person to give you a proper estimate on the work to be performed.

Is Pickup/Delivery really free?
Yes.

On the day of pickup/delivery for my rug, do I have to move my furniture around?
Unless approved otherwise, it is our customer’s responsibility to move the furniture from the rug area.

When do I pay for my service?
For rugs – on the day your rug is dropped off.
For carpets & other services – upon service completion.

Are your technicians trained?
Yes. ALL of our technicians are required to go through a training along with orientation on the latest rug/carpet and other cleaning methods.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. Should you find you’re not satisfied with our service, our first step is to attempt to redo the service at no additional cost. If you are still unsatisfied, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
